Client Solutions Manager
San Francisco Bay Area | Full Time | $75,000 - $85,000 + Commission

We’re looking for a highly motivated Client Solutions Manager to help drive business growth in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and enjoys connecting with property managers, facility operators, and commercial real estate professionals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Grow MG Remediation’s client base by building relationships with commercial property owners, property managers, and businesses in need of environmental remediation services.
Expand existing accounts by providing top-tier service and identifying additional opportunities for lead, mold, asbestos, and radon mitigation projects.
Prospect and close new deals. Attend industry events, conduct site visits, and follow up on leads to build long-term business partnerships.
Be the expert—understand and clearly communicate how MG Remediation’s services stand out from the competition.
Work closely with our operations and field teams to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies, explore new market opportunities, and refine our client outreach approach.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT?
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management. Experience in construction, property management, restoration, or environmental services is a big plus.
Strong local network—connections with property managers, facility operators, or commercial real estate professionals in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Confident communicator—you know how to pitch services, negotiate deals, and build trust with clients.
Self-starter with excellent organization skills. You manage your time well and stay on top of follow-ups.
Experience using CRM tools.
Valid California driver’s license.
