Chemical neutralization of process lines that hold hazardous liquids or gasses requires special knowledge and skill to safely remove and discard. As seen within the semi-conductor industry, process lines can hold extremely hazardous substances such as Hydrogen Fluoride, Nitric Acid, and a host of Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health gasses. Likewise, some tools(equipment) within these fabrication plants contain residual chemicals once they are disconnected or changed out.
